These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player") and 7483ph ("the Platform", "we", "us") when you access and use the services available at 7483ph.org. These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access.

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to administrative closure. Any remaining balance in a closed account will be handled in accordance with applicable platform policy at the time of closure.
